We’ll meet in my office at church at 7:30AM SHARP. I’ll prop the back door of church next to my office open so just park back there for convenience. I’ll have some breakfast tacos there and coffee on. WHO WANTS TO BRING SOME ORANGE JUICE?
We’ll finish by 9:15 so you can have your day."

Last Saturday morning's mens breakfast was like a breakthrough for our group. Not only was it good to chomp and slurp down some tacos and orange juice, it was so cool to kick back and share as men. I'm hoping that we can indeed do this on a regular basis. I enjoyed hearing the struggles of my brethren - it helped me to know that I'm not alone in my struggle. It's life, and as we all know too well - life comes at you hard (hate the commercials, love the concept).
Our EPIC life group is the platoon for helping us get thru this life. So the mens breakfast is the platoon within the platoon (maybe a scout team?). Bill and anyone else who served in the armed forces can help me with that thought I hope. Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks to all who attended, and I'm hoping that next time we will have ALL of our men present. Amen
